BUILDING HR OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AS A CAPABILITY
In this blog, I want to share how an organisation can go about in building an efficient HR Operational Excellence Function. From the initial concept to a sustaining model , there are 6 stages. It may take about 2-3 years to build an efficient and sustainable function delivering high value.

So this phase is about 'building the foundation' for HR OpEx, an opportunity to create a common language about processes within your organisation and also to spread the word of operational excellence and the benefits of it. Lets look at what is important at this stage

Technology plays a key role in driving operational excellence, with the boom in AI, RPA, Chatbot and Blockchain innovators in the HCM market, it is important to look at how technology can be utilised to drive efficiency.
